Shipping Policy as of October 1, 2024
For all of our customers we ship only via USPS. Shipments usually arrive in 3 to 9 business days depending on what part of the country you live in. One week or less is the average.

World's Greatest Superheroes ships to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Canada and UK are the only foreign countries we ship to to.

Lost and Late Arriving Orders
For all orders that show arriving late and sometime has past from when it shipped, no order will be refunded until 30 days has past from the time USPS has taken possession of the shipment. It is usually within the 30 days that a late arriving package will start to show movement again, especially during the holiday season.
Print-On-Demand Products
All figure boxes and card backings are a P.O.D. (Print on Demand) service which means we custom print each item per order. Orders may take as much as 2-3 weeks to ship depending on supplies on-hand. Some varations in color may happen. All P.O.D. orders are non-cancel and non-refundable so when making your selection, be sure to select the correct card that corrsponds with whichever bubble or clamshell you plan on using and it is the card you want. All sales are final on all P.O.D. products.
How fast do we ship?
We generally process and pack your order within 24 hours of receipt, assuming all items are in stock, however this is a hobby and not my main source of living. We drop off all packages at the post office one day a week, usually on a Monday. Sometimes our schedule changes so that day of the week may change or we may make it to the post office three times in one week. But the minimum is one day a week to the Post Office. We pride ourselves on getting our customers their order as fast as possible. In some cases an item may be listed as in-stock on our site but not physically in our facility, in which a shipping delay may occur.
